Best Western Premier Keizer/Salem Hotel

Great place to stay for sure. I would give 5 star but... They charged my card twice. I'm still waiting for it to get corrected in my bank. It will be fixed, as I've spoken to them. Just upset that this happened, since I only stayed 3 nights.

Came into town for a Funeral, stayed here with family. By far one of the better hotels I've stayed in - dutiful service, friendly staff, particularly the woman working the desk late night 8/11-8/14. Only issues were minor, and frankly stemmed from an inability to experience more of the hotel. Would absolutely book again.

5 minutes from everything in Keizer, best pillows in the world (I tried to buy one) very comfortable mattresses, Keurig French roast in room and Italian roast in the lobby. Any good breakfast with many many choices and the staff from the manager to Housekeeping to front desk to Kitchen, we’re all the best. Kind polite and professional with good sense of humor. Will definitely go back.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The TV is nice and big. Just love it but the biggest thing for me was Brandy and Mandy. Our girls at the front desk. Brandy came down to my room and showed me how to use the remote I’m 70 years old and not too good with new remote. I had to call Brandy several times at night for different issues. She was wonderful about it. I get up in the morning and I can’t remember how to use the remote so Mandy came down and showed me how to use it. She also was amazing. I’ve called her for silly questions this morning and she was happy to answer Them. Oh my goodness I’m funny. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend it for anyone plus they welcome dogs as part of the family loved it. thank you ladies for making my stay the best it could be.

Our room was spacious and very clean. It had plenty of amenities. Was able to log in to my own Netflix! We had a king 4th floor room. Staff was great. Beautiful pool area! Breakfast was amazing. Fresh cut fruit delicious waffles w all the toppings available. Cindy at breakfast was really attentive to our needs. Location was quiet and a nice area. They also have a bar that opens a few hours in the evening! Will come back.

This is my go-to property when I'm in Keizer....I really don't check anywhere else. The service (thank you Brandy and Mandi) and clean, spacious rooms are very much appreciated. Can't go wrong.

I had an excellent stay here for my trip to Keizer. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Included breakfast had a great variety, and my favorite was the oatmeal bar with toppings to choose from. The bathroom didn’t have a working fan, so that’s one improvement that could be made for a more pleasant stay. The pool room was very cold and water also cold so not great if you are wanting comfortable time to play in a pool; maybe it’s nice for people who do vigorous exercise in the pool but that’s not me! I had goosebumps until I went into the hot tub. Overall it was excellent and I’d stay there again on a trip to Keizer! Update: Unfortunately, one month later, my credit card was charged again for a date that I didn’t reserve or stay. I had already paid for my stay a month prior. If you stay here, be sure to check your credit card statements in the future for fraudulent charges.

Had my wedding blocks here and all went well without a hitch. They also have a HUGE Ballroom you can rent out. The whole room or you can rent just a portion of it. Mandy worked well with my mother and she expressed how great a job she did answering her questions. And we had new ones every week leading up to my wedding. Lets not forget the amazing breakfast choices. The beds....(Best part in my opinion) They are dog friendly. All of the staff did a great job and made my guests feel welcome and at ease.
